How does the treatment work?

• The Pretty Please Clinic uses the Candela GentleMax Pro® which is designed to treat all skin types and colours.

• Laser hair removal uses a concentrated beam of light to target the hair follicles. The pigment in your hair follicle absorbs the light and heat, damaging the follicle enough to discourage further hair growth and causing the hair to fall out.

• The Candela laser machine uses a large spot size which allows multiple hair follicles to be targeted at the same time.

• Laser hair removal can only treat your hair during the growth phase. For best results, it is important to remain consistent during your Laser Hair Removal journey.

• Our machine also comes with a cooling device to protect the skin and make your experience near pain-free.
