Cancellation Policy & Important Information

• Please ensure you have avoided sun exposure within 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

• For all appointments, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or change in appointment date.

• If you cancel or change your appointment within less than 24 hours’ notice or you do not attend your appointment, a ‘Cancellation Fee’ or ‘No Show Fee’ will be charged and your deposit will be lost.

• In order for us to provide you with a great service it is important that you provide us with all the relevant information requested whilst completing your consent forms.
